Indoor air quality and individual characteristics are aspects that can influence employee health and comfort. Poor indoor air quality can have an impact on several health problems, one of which is sick building syndrome. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between indoor air quality and individual factors with sick building syndrome at PT Len Industri (Persero). This research is an analytical observational study using a cross-sectional research design. The population of this study was all employees of PT Len Industri (Persero) located in building A, 3rd floor, totaling 80 employees divided into 6 rooms, while the sample taken was 44 respondents. The results showed that the majority of respondents were male, under 40 years old, the majority had worked more than 5 years, and the majority did not smoke. Most employees occupy rooms with lighting and temperatures that do not meet standards according to the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2018 concerning Occupational Safety and Health in the Work Environment, namely 300 lux for lighting and 23°C-26°C for temperature. The results of the Chi-Square statistical test show that there is a significant relationship between lighting and temperature and sick building syndrome. It is hoped that PT Len Industri (Persero) can add lighting sources and carry out routine air conditioner (AC) maintenance.
